email attachments are not downloaded

i am using Nokia lumia 830 and i receive only the body of the emails and attachments are not downloaded

A common mistake to these types of problems is not realizing that your data/wifi is switched on. If so and you're still having this issue, verify that your internet works correctly. If not, please continue reading.

Please go to your settings in your phone's email app, choose desired email, then check box that says, " Always download full message and internet images"
