not syncing mail and contacts on my 930 phone and also my 950 phone.
message: We're having a problem connecting to eas.outllok.com. Contact support person or your service provider. Error code x86000107

Hi and welcome to windows central forums

Can you sync your contacts with this account in the people app ?
If it is only an email problem, try deleting the offending email account, restart your phone and set it up again.
This will help fix the issue.

I have the same error when I ry to sync my contacts (using People app) on my windows10 Lumia 640 LTE. This was not an issue when I had wimdows 8.1 mobile, only appeared after I upgraded to Windows 10
