Win Map App Dims ??

[Windows Central Question]

I was told to Check in Settings if Maps is enabled in background, maps by default never dims.

In my map app 5.1609.2651.0 on a 950XL in settings there is no such selection??

The map dims according to the display time out settings?

Any ideas?
