I have a windows 8 tablet and I can't run FIFA

[Windows Central Question]

I have a windows 8 tablet and following are the specs:
Intel atom Z3735G
Intel HD Graphics (Baytrail)- 512MB
1GB RAM
I can't even run FIFA 2009, it just requires hardware acceleration to be enabled, I don't know how to fix it.
