rolled back windows beta, now back at 8.1 but can't get insider updates?

first I had 8.1
then I updated with insider previews, which I just backrolled because for some updates you need to backroll and then do insider again (didn't get updates in insider prev for a long time)

Guess you got a X2X series. Uneligible phones are out everything since Anniversary.
Exit insider program, uninstall app, and do the following:
