Front camera on my Lumia 640XL is not working. I thought it is just bug, because I've noticed it like two months ago, few days after anniversary update rolled out. I hoped that next updates will make it work again, but problem persisted so I've tried hard reset. No success.
When I try to switch between rear and front camera it will freeze on black screen, I can only see buttons for take photo, settings, etc. It doesn't work in any app - standard Camera app, Skype, Messenger - black screen everywhere.
Is there something else I can try or is it definitely hw problem and the fact it happend after AU is just coincidence?
