Windows Central Question

So, I got two big problems happen to me after updating Windows 10. After every update the problems have been getting worse and worse. The first issue is something very annoying, but also kinda hard to explain. When I hover over a program it automatically brings it to the top and pushes the sight of the other programs behind it. So, if I were to open up Spotify, but Google is already widened on my screen my computer would just pop Google back in front once my mouse hovers it. In that case I would have to hide Google in order to even get my mouse to hover over Spotify. Also a lot of the time whenever I right click an application on my hot bar it won't let me scroll through the options without exiting out. Also all of my fonts are messed up. They all look bold and big. I've tried messing with settings, and scanning for any viruses. Does anyone have any ideas?

Itr sounds like keyboard or mouse buttons / central wheel button malfunction. When a key holds pressed, it messed everything. (e.g. a CTRL key malfunction messes any font when user moves whell or touchpad scroll)
I saw that so much time in my ex-shop

Try another usb port, then clean keyboard. Check for blocked keys.

Then go to Settings -> Accessibility, and disable all helps if enabled
Same things in Mouse / Touchpad settings

Hi I agree with Maurizio. I also would like to add my 2 cents. I realize that MS updates leave a lot to be desired, but I think they are getting blamed for every thing lately.
If you have your restore points turned on; which is a must IMHO, you can restore back to before the update and rule that out. That's what I would do, and if the problem is still there, then it isn't the update causing your issue. There will be more updates coming on patch Tuesday:wink:.
