Viber - installing on a secondary device

I have Lumia 950 and I was trying to install Viber on Window 10 PC and I can't scan the code as the scanner on my phone is not working for some reason. I tried sending myself the link to the activation but when I respond yes to a question if I am sure I want to enable viber on a secondary device, I get the page is unavailable notice. Is there anything that can be done?
