need help my Lumia 640XL did not start as repair screen appear then after sad face finally

first microsoft logo appears then window logo is just flash in second then the repair screen (two rounding gears) then progress but after loading the sad face appear.

the appearance of sad face makes it clear that you have bricked or caused an ir-repairable damage to you operating system. To reinstate your device to a working condition, youwill have to use windows device recovery tool , download from here:> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12379/windows-10-mobile-device-recovery-tool-faq

Instructions:>

:>Follow the on-screen prompts to install it, then select Launch application.
