my Lumia 640XL did not start & could not search on PC

my Lumia 640XL now did not start after i reset it, now after remove and replace the battery, I restart my 640XL but the repair (2 gear rounding) appears on screen then the progress level but after complete the sad face appears and the phone still not start.

with the appearance of the sad face this is confirm that you have bricked your device. The solution to this will be a reinstall of the software using windows device recovery tool :> you could download the tool here:> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12379/windows-10-mobile-device-recovery-tool-faq

instructions:
:>Download the tool.
:>Follow the on-screen prompts to install it, then select Launch application.
:>Use a USB cable to connect your phone to your PC.
:>When your phone is detected, select Install software.
