why jio apps not available in my lumia 640xl lte

i want to use jio sim in my lumia mobile,,,but i cant,,,please fix it please...

Hi and welcome to windows central forum.

Jio apps are not available on windows phone yet. You could activate the sim on a separate device and then switch your device and use the jio card in 640xl.
