After the small update last night which didn't require a restart, i noticed that many of the graphics related elements of my Lumia 830 started to lag and bit and noticeably stutter especially in the camera interface which is where i first noticed it. In games and as well as in animations also stutter. Have any of you had this issue?

I do not have any knowledge on any recent updates by Microsoft. You could do a soft reset ( hold volume down+power key until phone reboots) and check if everything is fixed.
