how to get rid off poor quality of the colors of photos

i'm really keep on faith on windows mobiles but now i'm getting really disappointed of the poor performance of the camera. my device, Microsoft lumia 640XL has Zeiss technology so i was not afraid to buy them but when thinking about night time shooting (auto mode has really bad performances and the manual just comes satisfactory). i'm pretty much sure that this is not because of the hardware, it's something to do with software and the filtering (retouching). camera view shows a clear and healthy-color view but after capturing whole the quality just wiped away and colors become horrible and low. this is not much affecting to day time photos but Microsoft definitely should do something to fix this retouching problem which embarrasses the customers a lot
