When I power on my Windows 7 Ultimate (HP) is in good condition at 10:00 A.M, but later at 8:25 P.M a file cannot be deleted and I open up my Recycle Bin and the app (R-bin) didn't work so I log out at my game cause I usually bot a game on my Laptop and I restart it, in the restarting mode of my Laptop (the heat of my Laptop is maybe 90 degrees and I didn't clean it's keyboard and monitor) suddenly a Startup Repair begun to attempting repair then it took an hour. At 1:00 A.M my Laptop didn't power on when I switch the power button on. What seems to be the problem in this case?

Hi ! You're very welcome!

Unfortunately, the Technician said my Laptop didn't even had survived! I expose my Laptop for 16 Hours and finished its repair. Is there any chance to recover my Laptop? It had a virus that's why the Startup Repair was so long after all.

If it truly is a virus, and you can't even boot, I would consider restoring from your latest known good system image. If you don't have a system image backup, then this is clearly a non-vital system and so you should just wipe the drive with a diskpart clean and reinstall Windows from scratch. It'll be quicker and more certain that way.
