I have a Nokia Lumia 1520 (RM-937)

When I go to Cellular and Sim I do not have an option to set or view the APN
Even if I click SIM Settings I still do not have a way to set the APN.
What can I do?
I found out this APN problem when my company changed the service provider. The previous service provider apparently did not require APN to be set and I used to get mobile internet.
Since we were moved to a new service provider and given new sim cards and they came to set the APN they couldn't.
I have since then upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 but I still do not have an option to enable APN.
I have gone through all settings screens just to be sure but could not be found.
Any help would be appreciated.
