win10 build 10586.589 not updating since Sept 15 update

I can not manually cause an update. All attempts fail.

Using Surface Pro 3.

I can not get Windows Update (WIN10 Pro 1511) to update.

No updates have been entered onto my PC/Tablet since September 15.

Please advise possible fix.

I have tried numerous internal fixes even using Windows Update diagnostic tool which was no apparent help.

No malware exists either.

Hi! Welcome to Windows Central! Here a .bat file from Shawn Brink that might help. It's worth a try. It will reset your windows updates and do some more fixes!
