My taskbar on my home screen is not working

taskbar on homescreen is not working. at first the icons were unresponsive..but now they are gone, there is nothing for me to click. Even my start menu doesn't work.

Hi Welcome to Windows Central! Sense I have no idea what you have done to cause this issue, I will post how to get to Advanced Startup by HTG.
