how do i remove the quik search bar

hi

when i first (ever) opened internett explorer (this laptop) it asked if i wanted to enable serach bar up top of my screen now before u jump to conclusions its has the chrome logo on it but it goes to bing if you think this is a question for a internet explorer forum give me the link to one plz (plz do not make the answer too hard to do ie go to settings display type a command simplicity maters)
