How can I fix a permently locked snapchat account??

I accidently changed my birthday, so I m "under aged". Snapchat told me go their website and unlock it there but, it just keeps saying I'm permently locked out. Is there anyway I can unlock my account?? This is so unfair

I'd go make a new account, that'd be easiest considering their support.
