Windows 10 Apps keep crashing - How to fix?

[Windows Central Question]

Greetings!

As of recently ( I believe yesterday? ) I'm experiencing an issue where some of the stock Windows 10 Apps would crash either after 1-2 seconds of being opened or when interacted with after being opened.

Most notably the Mail and Reader App appear to be affected but.

I already wiped the system half an hour ago ( fresh install ) but the error immediately returned.

Any ideas?
