Getting rid of temporary files in windows 10 mobile

I have been enrolled in technical preview for phone (lumia 640xl) and my phone is trying to download .331 but my phone has only about 500 mb left. So it has filled up my entire memory and is refusing to enable any other apps to work. Everything crashes and is slow . And in my storage section there is this 900mb of temporary files which they say contains installation files but no way to get rid of it(no i dont want to hard reset). Any suggestions ?
