My 950 XL crashed 3 times before I was able to get out of Flight Mode

Provider - Vodacom
OS build: 10.0.14393.321

Phone was a mess this morning as I got of the plane and couldn't switch the flight mode of, as soon as i tap it, the phone crashed. 4th time lucky.
Sometimes when i unlock the phone, it crashes.
It rings and it crashes or it makes noises as it froze.

Is there a fix for this and fast, its costing me business.

perform a soft reset by holding together volume down + power key until phone reboots. This should fix it, do keep us updated about this , and also tell us is this the first time you are facing this issue or has it happened before?

Thanks for your answer. I did the reset. used the Instagram app, pressed the windows button and crash....
The Crashing started after the last update. The ringing/notification crash started 3 month ago, but only happens once every other week.

Ok, so last night, the phone would just turn off as if the battery is dead, but it showed 24% power. When i got home to charge it, it continued from 24%. Did a backup, and restored the phone to factory. Lets see if this works before i just drive over it.
