how can I block incoming calls on microsoft lumina 640

I've been getting alot of phone calls from scam artists and I want to block those numbers from coming in

Once you have received a call which you want to block in the future you go to call history and press and hold until you get a menu which will give you a choice to delete or block and others tap block and that will ask you to confirm (I'm using a 950 your device may be slightly different)
