every time I click on fix problem and update password, it says e-mail is out of date. and e-mail says not synced yet

Hi! It would really help if we knew which email provider you're talking about. I can tell you that Yahoo is having a lot of problems after being hacked.
If you need more help, please join the forum. Try removing and then adding the email account! I had Yahoo and That was happening to me. I gave up
