My wife has a Lumia 735 running Windows 8.1. Skype works fine and the app is "Skype."
I am using the same model phone but running Windows 10. In Skype, The video button has an "X" through it. I can hear audio fine. My app is called "Skype Preview" and that is the only app I can find in the app store. If I am making a phone call and try to switch to video using he video button, the phone says "There is no video app installed to do this. Check the store." The store then recommends Skype Preview and it is already installed!
I checked the profiles of my contacts and they are linked to their Skype profiles. For what it's worth, I also have money in my Skype account. Anyone experience this issue?
