Current build: 10946 ; phone many times automatically restarts and as per MS 10955 build available for 1st ring. But when i am checking update, its showing no update is available.

nothing of what you have mentioned makes any complete sense, are you a fast ring insider? the builds you have mentioned are none that are available to windows fast ring insiders, the os build is 14951.1000.
Go into settings>system>about and give us the correct os build that you are on.

under windows insider , un-register from the program then soft reset your device once and then re register as fast ring insider. do update here and quote me after performing the above steps.
