win 10 update froze my computer will not start up

my comp has tried to update now 3 different times and each time after the restart it will not go to windows. the little circle thingy just keeps circling. i then have had to manually shut the computer off as much as 6 times and then it will boot up

Hi Welcome to Windows Central. I have experienced the same problem. I solved my problem with a in-place upgrade repair.
