Computer restart is stuck

[Windows Central Question]

I wanted to restart my computer because I wasn't able to open any internet using applications, and I had already checked to see if our wifi was down (and it wasn't). Before my computer started to not work, I was downloading a game, and we had a power outage so I think that may have something to do with it. Please help!

Hi welcome to Windows Central. W10 has several ways to fix issues. My suggestion would be to get to the Advanced Start ups. There you will have several options to fix your issues. If you need more help please join the forum.
Advanced startup offers a number of different ways in which you can troubleshoot and fix your PC, and because problems can strike from many different scenarios, Microsoft provides several methods to access these options.
