Asphalt 8 on windows phone

[Windows Central Question]

I have a microsoft phone, originally with 8.1 now windows 10, and I had asphalt 8 installed. After having some problems with the game I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. The download and installation processes worked fine but when I try to run the game it gets stuck on the gameloft logo screen.
I am open to any suggestions on how to solve the problem.

could be a bug with the game, also check if you have an active internet connection as it is now an online only game.
