Where to get the drivers for Nokia Lumia 521

Hello i have a Lumia 521 and i want to connect to my PC and manage the files with explorer.exe *(default file manager )
I am currently running Windows XP and i want just to manage the files
When i connect my phone to PC it just says Camera and no files !!!

Unfortunately XP doesn't support the Windows Phone app.
