Lumia 950 red screen with arrows

[Windows Central Question]

I went to factory reset phone with the device recovery tool it start off ok and it now shows a red screen with 2 arrow, pressing and holding power and volume down i onlt get back to the same screen any ideas

i believe it to be the stage where the firmware installs and you are not supposed to disconnect or
disturb it during this process. The screen must have a bar too, as the bar fills up the device will reboot on its own with the flashed firmware. for now remove the battery and redo the whole procedure again.
