How recover files from lumia 625 when the phone is in black screen of death?

Everything is working fine... In display I can see the shade of light when it is switched on

If the touch is working alright and you have a PC with USB cable transfer all your data to it (if your pc recognizes your device). Windows 10 automatically back up your contacts so you dont need to worry about that as the next time you connect you Microsoft account to your lumia your contacts will sync right back.

It is very confusing as the topic is on how to recover files when in BsOD and next you report that everything is working fine? please be clear so that we could help you without confusion.
