How I save and view new contacts in people app of windows lumia 640 XL?

[Windows Central Question]

I am a user of Lumia 640 XL.I have already saved above 4000 contacts in my contacts.I can not save a new contacts from this after noon on wards.While i try to dial an outgoing call from an unsaved new number the particular unsaved contact person's name displayed in my caller id.(Same in case of incoming calls). The particular number has saved somewhere.But can not find while search the same.I can not edit or delete any number from my contact.But old saved contacts can find while search.
Please help me...
