Cortana is not working in build 14959

It works fine 2days from the date of installation of this build. But recently it is showing always " i am fine. My connection is off-check back shortly" whether i am using 2G/3G/4G/Wifi.

have you tried a soft reset? hold together volume down+power key to do that.

could also be a bug in the build. Post it on the feedback app and upvote it if necessary.
