Cant install any Cumulative Updates for Windows 10.

[Windows Central Question]

I am having trouble installing all cumulative updates. I finally go the Anniversary update to install but that didnt fix the problem.

This is the error I get.
? Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3199986) - Error 0x800736b3

I have tried the windows update diagnostic as well as resetting WU through CMD but nothing.

Any help would be appreciated!
