When my 535 dual sim phone is not lighting up the screen when switched on

have you dropped the device recently? is there any notification or Microsoft logo when booted up? is there no response when the device is put to charging?

Have you checked the battery for bumps and irregularities , in some cases a faulty battery may be the reason why your device is not starting up.
