really hopping to see some medical app from microsoft

i used window mobile for more than 2 years but i am medical student sometime i need help from medical dictionaries and medical apps like medscape ,webmd and pharmaguide and many mores so i changed my plateform to ios is it possible for microsoft to introduce some medical related apps to plateform this way they attract more customers to window 10 mobile os i ma really hopping to get answer Thank you
