Broken screen and data

Hello .I have lumia 730 windows 10 insider .My screen is broken and my phone have pattern .Can i take my photos and videos from pc .

I believe you will have to unlock the phone first in order to get photos off of it. If you are able to safely touch the screen to unlock your phone, you should be able to get those photos off of the device.
