phone store not working

my windows phone store does not want to download apps, it says ''there was a problem completing your request''. then says error 80048624.

i restarted my phone but it still does the same thing. what do i do now

I have been having this issue in the last few days since .448 update, try volume down button and power button, hold together until you feel vibrate (soft reset) this clears the cache and worked for me, although the issue still happens at times, but after soft reset it works again.
