we couldn't unistall these apps.

You'll need to remove these apps yourself, and then select refresh. These programs need to be uninstalled because they aren't compatable with the upgrade. The problem I am having, is that I am not shown which program is not compatable. All I see is a just dot (full stop). I have already deleted so many programs and cleaned the recycle bin as well but still get the same message constantly. What do I do?
