Windows 10 Explorer No Longer Recognizes My Lumia 950XL

I really need some help here, as Windows 10 Explorer recognizing my 950 XL when I plug it in via USB is really basic and essential. I have to be able to offload many of these big files. It stopped working with the last insider update 14965.1001

I think this link is for removing updates from a PC rather than a phone. Are you saying I should remove an update from my PC in order for Explorer to see my phone again?
