Why I can't open my camera apps after replacing charger socket?

at windows mobile 10 build 14965 , apps show notification "Cant Start Your Camera . Try restarting your device , error code 0xA00F4246(0xE8010001).
at windows 8 , every open lumia camera apps always force close.

Do Soft Reset of your phone by pressing 'Vol Down + Lock' button for 6 seconds.If problem still occurs then Try Hard Reset of your phone .Otherwise visit to the service center from where you replaced charger socket.
