Why does my device charge slowly?

Why is it that each time when i charge my phone using the charger it came with, it tells me that the device is charging slowly and i should use a charger that came with the device? This is inconveniencing.

Do Soft Reset of your phone,if problem persists then lug your charger point(to phone) carefully and don't let it loose( which is the main reason of this problem).

Hi, what model phone do you have and is there another (newer) charger you could try?

Are you using the cable that came with the phone, not all USB charging cables are created equal so this phenomenon can exist if using a knockoff or cheap one?

In saying the above, my 830 seems to exhibit this trait now that we're running WP10 build .448. Not sure what phone, OS version or build you are running but either way, nothing I've tried so far has rectified so waiting on MS to take the lead, good luck on that one though.
