I cannot receive or send pictures in my messages on my HP elite x3?

I have put all the 2 degreess MMS settings in, in multiple ways and still no joy.

Has anyone had the same experience, it is very frustrating especially after coming from a very reliable android phone.

Did you put in the right APN and MMS settings for your carrier? In my experience (not with the x3), sometimes a restart helps.
