I configured a Microsoft Account for my daughter (lets assume I am father@outlook.com and my daugther dauther@outlook.com), added her as my daugther to my familiy within family safety.
So far so good - everything works fine. She can log-on to the PC with her account and familiy safety works fine, we configured her Lumia 640 with her account - works fine.
The issue:
We figured out something is wrong when we installed WhatsApp for her. She has got my name even if we enteed her correct name within WhatsApp, it just gets translated into my name.
Then we tried the following out to make sure it is not a WhatsApp but a general Problem: She adds herself to her contacts in Outlook (on the PC) the results looks like expected on the PC. On her Lumia this contacts shows up under my name - so it seems to be translated somehow.
This issue makes her phone unusable for her as she is not able to act under her own name. Any idea how to resolve or escalate this issue?
