lumia 535 dual sim discharging when connected to its original charger

i have a lumia 535 that discharges when connected to its charger, the problem started a week ago. os build 14393.448, firmware 02074.00000.15234.28005. factory reset does not help. replacing the battery does not help also but when the battery is removed and placed in another lumia 535 dual sim it works fine (charging). please help am annoyed with this phone.
