Why won't my Lumia 435 charge?

We have a Lumia 435 and the battery charger isn't charging the phone.

Have you tried a different outlet, wall plug and cable?

Do any other devices charge from that charger?

Is the phone's port dust-free?

I know nothing about phones. Is this the charger made for this phone? Good stuff @xandros. Does the battery have any bulges and is it seated properly:wink:!
