I am trying to use the latest version of iTunes (12.5.3) on my Surface Pro 3 running W10
After I install, iTunes will not open unless I plug in an iPhone or an iPad.
It will not open independently even though the process is running in the background but runs fine when I plug in an iOS device
I have completely uninstalled several times and run compatibility and troubleshooting with no fix yet
Anyone know what might be causing this odd behaviour or how I can find out?
