Surface Lock Screen Bugs

Good morning,
My Surface Pro 4 is experiencing a few Lock Screen bugs. One being that occasionally Windows Hello fails to "get ready" over and over, requiring you to sign in using a different method. Another being that it's impossible to turn the PC off using the power button alone (swiping down to power down does literally nothing) and requires you to use both the power button and volume down key to force a restart. Another one is my Surface seems to have issues connecting to the internet or at least has problems correctly showing whether or not it's connected to the internet. A restart solves all of these problems temporarily.

since when are you noticing this behavior? did this begin after any recent updates?

I just got the Pro 4 so probably after the initial updates. I haven't been able to reproduce these issues myself at will, was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing these issues and if they had a more permanent workaround.
