My Nokia Lumia 930's power button has stopped functioning properly, and i can't lock or unlock my ph

I have soft-resetted the phone numerous times, and almost everytime, the phone's quick actions bar would be blank for 2-3 minutes. I wanted to do a hard reset, but the phone has been unable to do a backup for the past year. It has also been impossible for me to switch off my mobile data. How do I solve these issues?

Backups can get stuck when the old data is corrupt. You can go online to onedrive and view your backups and delete the old one. You'll then be able to backup with a fresh copy.

How old is the phone? If it's under 24 months, you cam send the phone away for repair. The button is probably not lined up with the actual button on the circuit board and would need to he put back into place.
